Pode Morar is an application designed to streamline the experience for clients of Grupo Direcional. Residents of Direcional and Riva developments will find a comprehensive tool that provides easy access to essential services from their mobile devices.

The application features an intuitive and modern interface, equipped with an exclusive calendar function that allows users to schedule and organize commitments efficiently. It enhances convenience by facilitating direct communication with Direcional and keeping residents informed about their properties.

What does the app offer?

On the main page, users can navigate to menus such as: My Profile, My Property, Requests, Financial, Help.

In addition to quick access to account statements, invoices, early installment payments, new requests, and documents, users can select their property to view photos, monitor construction progress, and manage scheduled appointments via the integrated calendar. The interface also features promotional banners such as referral incentives and notifications related to financial activities and property requests.

Within My Profile, clients can update personal information, change their email or password, and upload a profile picture by selecting the edit option.

The My Property section allows access to relevant documents, project timelines, news updates, and videos related to their unit.

Under Requests, residents can initiate new requests or appointments, cancel existing ones, and track the status of ongoing requests.

The Financial menu provides functionalities for generating invoices, account statements, and income tax reports associated with the property. It also enables users to monitor paid installments and upcoming payments.

The Help section is dedicated to resolving inquiries and providing additional information tailored to residents’ needs.
